This has been such a quick week! I can't believe we're almost at the weekend already...where does the time go?? I've been so busy over the past few days I only got two layouts done! I did manage to get the Chocolate Sundae kit finished though...and it turned out pretty nicely. I've also been spending hours trying to get to grips with a couple of new computer progs and feeling like I'm wading through mud half the time! Once or twice I felt like just giving up...but then I learn a little something and I'm all fired up again and raring to go. So...if I can speed up the learning curve a bit I should be coming up with some very different (for me) kits. I'd love to be able to do some of those very intricate, grungy, heritage kits...but I don't think I have the "eye" (or the skill) for it. I will persevere though!
Quick update on my greeting cards....if you read my posts last week you'll know that I found an outlet for my cards. Well, I'm pleased to say that people really seem to like them and they're selling quite well......7 on the first afternoon! I went to the salon this morning to hand in some more cards for Mother's Day., so hopefully they'll sell too.
Hopefully I'll get a layout or two done later today, but in the meantime I have a FREEBIE sampler from the Chocolate Sundae kit. for you. It consists of 2 papers, 3 elements and 1 wordart. You can grab it HERE.
The full kit is available in my store so please pop in and have a browse! FYI, in the full kit you'll get 8 papers, 2 overlays, 2 mats, 3 brads, 2 butterflies, 6 ribbons, 2 tags, 3 flowers and 6 wordarts....phew!! Here's the preview of the full kit...not all contents shown....
Enjoy the sampler...and, as always, please leave a comment either under this post, at the download site or in my guestbook. Thanks!
The kit looks truly beautiful; thank you for sharing a piece of it.
ReplyDeleteSooze,
ReplyDeleteI have a few questions for you.
How long have you had that ecrater store?
How well does it do?
How much does it cost to list there?
The reason I ask is that I use to have a store on Wagglepop. I closed it yesterday due to lack of sales. They charge 9.95 a month for the store, so it wasnt worth it to me anymore. Let me know! Thanks!
Kim...I've sent you an email in reply to your questions.
ReplyDeleteI love the colors of the sundae kit! great job it is beautiful.
